I get real cranky when we move through a place too fast. I think it's to do with finding hotels and restaurants. I'd say that is the ultimate frustration of travel (although saying so seems ridiculous). I think Oksana and I are very similar in that we like to have control of having a decent living space and a place to cook. I'm so over finding cheap delicious restaurants! Of course, I say that and what do we do? Shlep across the U.S. for 5 weeks. We may never learn. There's too much to see out there! Totally agree with the taking a break thing.
